5,000 Women. Zero Apologies.

The Unshame Network

A sanctuary for your stories in a world that uses shame to silence them.

Leadership can be lonely. It shouldn’t have to be. The Unshame Network is a sanctuary for your stories in a world that often uses shame to silence them. Born from the experiences of marginalised women, particularly South Asian women navigating cultural expectations, judgement and the pressure to stay silent, the network provides a dedicated space to shed the weight of shame and show up unapologetically.

Built on solidarity, courage and collective wisdom, Unshame brings together women from all walks of life to connect, support one another and lead without shrinking, seeking permission or carrying their struggles alone.

It is a place where women can share their stories, challenge limiting narratives, celebrate their successes and find strength in community.

Because leadership was never meant to be a solo journey and when women come together, shame loses its power

My mission is to build a movement of 5,000 shameless women who refuse to shrink, stay silent or wait to be validated into leadership.

Through the Unshamed Leadership model, I support women to practise radical visibility, disruptive legitimacy and power without permission.

Join the movement. Become shameless.
